चीफ ऑफ स्टाफ कमेटी के अध्यक्ष (सीओएससी) और चीफ ऑर एयर स्टाफ (सीएएस) एयर चीफ मार्सल अरूप राहा ने रक्षा लेखा विभाग के वार्षिक दिवस के अवसर पर संबोधित किया
चीफ ऑफ स्टाफ कमेटी के अध्यक्ष (सीओएससी) और चीफ ऑर एयर स्टाफ (सीएएस) एयर चीफ मार्सल अरूप राहा ने आज सीजीडीए, बरार स्कवायर, दिल्ली कैन्ट में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में रक्षा लेखा विभाग को उनके वार्षिक दिवस के अवसर पर संबोधित किया।
उन्होंने कहा कि रक्षा लेखा विभाग ने भुगतान, आंतरिक लेखांकन और वित्तीय सलाह में पिछले 260 वर्षों से महत्तवपूर्ण सेवा उपलब्ध कराई है। उन्होंने लेखा के क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट सेवा के लिए पुरस्कार विजेताओं को बधाई दी।

Subject : Suspension of Government Servant – Review of Suspension
As per provisions contained in Rule 10 of CCS(CC&A) Rules, 1965 suspension of a Government servant is valid only for 90 days unless it is extended after review before expiry of 90 days. It has been observed by the MoD D(Vigilance) that the suspension order has been struck down on the ground that the same had not been reviewed by the reviewing authority before expiry of 90 days.
